ASHWAGANDHA
Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera, fam. Solanaceae) also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry, is a yellow-flowering, evergreen shrub.
It has been used for over 3,000 years to manage stress.
This “power herb” is an adaptogen that mimics the body’s own stress-reducing hormones and increases the body’s ability to recover from stress.
