WHAT ARE NERVE GROWTH FACTORS (NGF)?
NGF is produced in the hippocampus and is part of the Neurotrophins
family.
They are a protein that helps the brain to regenerate new brain cells known as neurons through a process called neurogenesis. They also manage and maintain existing cells, and help the brain to repair itself after injury.

A FULL SPECTRUM LION'S MANE
The Lion's Mane mushroom has remarkable nerve growth factor properties. They are part of the edible tooth mushroom group and typically grown on the bark of hardwood trees. They take their name from their distinctive long spines which bear a resemblance to a lion's mane.
Our organic Lion's mane is full spectrum, which means it contains Beta glucans greater than 30%, plus NGF's promoting 1% Hericenones and 4% Erinacines that are the first NGF stimulators isolated from nature.
