We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.

All FAQsNMN is a Vitamin B3 (niacin) derivative. It occurs naturally and can be obtained from dietary sources such as fruits, milk, and vegetables. In the body, NMN is used to generate nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+)— one of the oldest molecules on earth, found in every cell in our bodies.

First thing in the morning, before breakfast, on an empty stomach. That's what our label recommends for both the capsules and the sublingual powder.
Your body's own NAD+ activity naturally follows a daily rhythm, and taking NMN in the morning fits that rhythm. Most people find it fits best first thing, so we don't suggest taking it late in the day. For the powder, hold it under your tongue for about 60 seconds before swallowing.
Not in the short term. Our NMN has been tested at up to 40°C and 75% humidity for three months with little or no loss of purity, so it's fine at room temperature, in a bag or while travelling. For the best long-term quality we recommend keeping it in the fridge, especially if you won't finish it within three months.
Both are precursors that your body turns into NAD+. NR first has to be converted into NMN, and NMN is then converted into NAD+, so NMN is one step closer. We sell both (NMN capsules and sublingual powder, and NR capsules), so you can choose. Our NMN is minimum 99% pure and tested across 12 data points, including purity, heavy metals and endotoxins, and it's our most popular NAD+ product.
The powder is held under your tongue and absorbed there; the capsules are swallowed and absorbed in your gut. Both work, so it really comes down to what you prefer.
For best results we recommend to take NMN first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, whether taking the capsules or the powder form. If you are taking the capsule form we recommend to take them with a glass of water. If you have opted for the powder form, we recommend to place a scoop (or 2 scoops, depending on your recommended dosage) under your tongue and simply let it dissolve. If you find the taste slightly sour, you can mix the powder in a glass of water. After taking NMN (powder or capsule version) please ensure to wait at least 30 minutes before having any food or drinks, except water.
Consistency is key! We suggest making NMN a daily part of your morning routine and taking it consistently over several months.
