European orders are sent via Standard shipping (Deutsche Post/DHL) starting from £2.99 depending on the country or via Premium shipping (FedEx Priority) starting from £7.49 depending on the country.

We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.
If your body reacts or you are not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. We will issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining.
