Creative Strategist – Paid Media

Location: Full-time, hybrid (3–4 days in Central London)
Company: Youth & Earth - DTC wellbeing & health.

This is a transformational role - a chance to spark the creative heartbeat of a brand on the rise.

As Creative Strategist, you’ll shape how Youth & Earth (and V14 brand launching now) shows up across every touchpoint. You’ll lead creative strategy and storytelling for our paid media, campaigns, and content - developing ideas that inspire, convert, and make longevity feel exciting and accessible.
 
You’ll be hands-on from concept to execution: building creative frameworks, ideating campaigns, crafting scripts and copy, and collaborating with design, content production, and performance teams to bring your ideas to life.

This is a new and high-impact role, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative execution, knows the DTC funnel inside-out, and is ready to elevate the voice of a category-defining brand.

You’ll report to the Head of Brand & Marketing and work closely with our Head of Design, Content Production team, and Paid Media Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Vision & Concept Development

  • Define and evolve the creative direction and brand voice for Youth & Earth and V14 across all channels.
  • Create breakthrough concepts for paid media, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations that connect emotionally with customers.
  • Craft engaging content strategies for Meta, TikTok, newsletters, podcasts, and other earned channels.
  • Bring innovative & audience led thinking to product and packaging experience, brand storytelling, seasonal campaigns, new product launches, collaborations, and events.
  • Write powerful, human, and conversion-driven copy across all brand assets.

Own Execution Excellence

  • Spearhead creative execution end-to-end - ensuring every idea delivers on business goals and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to optimise and scale high-performing creatives.
  • Analyse creative performance data to uncover insights and continually refine creative direction.
  • Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and DTC trends - ensuring our work feels fresh, cool, relevant, and shareable.
  • Support the content team in diagnosing creative challenges and ensuring every campaign has a clear strategic purpose and clear messaging.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A genuine wellbeing enthusiast curious about longevity, health optimisation, and human performance.
  • A natural storyteller with sharp copywriting skills and your portfolio shows creative ideas that move people and drive results.
  • 3+ years’ experience in creative or strategy roles within DTC start-ups, scale-ups, or agencies (paid-social experience essential).
  • Confident working across the full creative funnel: from insight to ideation to production.
  • Able to blend creative instinct with analytical rigour - using insights to guide bold ideas.
  • Skilled at understanding human psychology, behaviour, and what motivates purchase decisions.
  • Comfortable directing shoots, briefing designers, and collaborating with performance teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused thinker with strong organisational and communication skills.

Content Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC business during a transformational phase. As Content Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end creative production across all channels - with paid media as your top priority. You’ll be the guardian of our look, feel, and storytelling quality, ensuring our brand shows up consistently and memorably across every touchpoint.

Your work will shape how Youth & Earth and V14 connect with millions of people - turning creative ideas into high-performing content that educates, excites, and inspires.

You’ll oversee content production from planning and scripting to shoot execution, testing, and optimisation. You’ll collaborate with creative, design, and performance teams to ensure every asset delivers both creative impact and measurable results.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who combines creative flair with operational precision, understands the DTC funnel inside-out, and has a passion for storytelling that converts. You’ll report to the Head of Brand & Marketing and work closely with our Creative Strategist, designers and editors, Paid Media Manager, and content production partners.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a highly organised and creatively sharp operator who thrives on turning ideas into reality. You know how to balance imagination with detail and can move seamlessly between strategy, shoots, and spreadsheets.

You bring experience across pre-production, on-set production, and post-production, and have a track record of creating content that not only looks great but performs.

You have a strong portfolio of multi-format content — video, photography, copy, and short-form social that stops thumbs and starts conversations.

Bonus points if you’re experienced in writing or producing health and wellbeing content that blends scientific credibility with cultural relevance — translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories.

You likely have:

  • A strong network of UGC creators, videographers, editors, and freelancers in the wellbeing space.
  • The leadership mindset to build and mentor a team that’s motivated, aligned, and creatively empowered.
  • A data-informed approach — you track what works, test what doesn’t, and use insights to spark better ideas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver Impactful Creative

  • Champion a video-first, content-led approach across two brands — overseeing short-form and long-form video, photography, motion graphics, and social-first storytelling.
  • Ensure creative output delivers both emotional engagement and commercial results.
  • Stay ahead of emerging creative technologies (AI, CGI, motion, immersive) to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and future-facing.

Own Creative Production

  • Lead end-to-end content production for Youth & Earth and V14, from concept, photo/video production, brand collaborations and scripting to delivery and optimisation.
  • Oversee assets across all paid, owned, and earned channels - including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
  • Translate strategic briefs into actionable production plans that are on time, on brand, and performance-driven.
  • Maintain final QA standards across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on integrated content calendars aligned with campaigns and trading peaks.
  • Troubleshoot production risks and maintain momentum under pressure.

Build & Scale the Creative Engine

  • Lead day-to-day creative operations - managing timelines, capacity, and workflow across multiple workstreams.
  • Implement scalable systems and tools for high-volume, high-quality output.
  • Identify and remove production inefficiencies to make the creative process smoother, faster, and smarter.
  • Partner with creative strategy and e-commerce teams to translate campaign ambition into production reality.
  • Introduce best-in-class project management, asset management, and QA tools to support our growing multi-channel pipeline.
