  • Work in close partnership with the Content Lead to execute content direction visually
  • Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, eCommerce and Operations to deliver aligned work
  • Present design work clearly, receive feedback constructively and iterate with intent
  • Act as the visual brand guardian across all channels and touchpoints

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of professional graphic design experience for consumer brands, ideally within wellness, supplements, food or FMCG/CPG
  • Proven experience designing for performance-driven campaigns (paid social, digital acquisition)
  • Strong typographic eye and layout discipline, with a focus on hierarchy, clarity and legibility
  • Experience working within regulated, science-backed or trust-led categories
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and confidence working in Figma

Social Media & Community Executive

Location: London
Type: Full-time, hybrid (3-4 days in Central London)
Company: Youth & Earth - DTC wellbeing & health.
Reporting to: Content Lead

About Youth & Earth

Live Longer. Live Better. Work With Purpose.

Youth & Earth is a science-led longevity and wellness brand on a mission to help people live healthier, longer, more vibrant lives through clinically backed supplements.

After several years of strong growth across the UK, we are entering a pivotal new chapter, including a full-scale rebrand and repositioning to establish Youth & Earth as the UK’s leading longevity brand, alongside planned expansion into the EU & US market.

Social plays a critical role in how we educate, build trust, and connect with our community. This role sits at the center of that effort.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to help build a standout brand with a powerful voice on social.

We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Social Media Manager to own Youth & Earth’s organic social channels day to day. This role blends content creation, platform management and execution, and is perfect for a true creator who loves being close to the work.

You’ll run our social channels end to end (primarily Instagram and Facebook) — from planning and publishing to shooting, editing and reporting — working closely with the Content Lead to ensure alignment with our broader content strategy and brand direction.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative instinct and fresh visual perspective, who understands social platforms deeply and is confident capturing and editing content themselves. As Youth & Earth goes through a brand evolution, your role will be key in elevating our tone of voice, look and feel, and bringing us closer to our target audience.

This is a chance to create a standout portfolio case — showing how social content can drive brand trust, cultural relevance and a credible, engaged community.

What You Will Do

1.  Social Media Account Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of Youth & Earth’s social channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook, with scope to expand into TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
  • Execute content calendars in close collaboration with the Content Lead
  • Publish, schedule and manage daily posting, including feed, stories and reels
  • Monitor comments and DMs and manage light community interaction (not customer service)
  • Keep the marketing team informed of social performance, trends and notable activity
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, saves and content performance
  • Ensure social activity is consistent, timely and aligned with wider brand and campaign priorities

2. Content Creation (Creative-First Responsibility)

  • Capture and create social-first content, primarily using iPhone — including short-form video and photography, both in-office and on location
  • Edit short-form video using CapCut, producing platform-native, engaging content optimised for social
  • Write clear, compelling and on-brand captions aligned with approved messaging and tone of voice
  • Create and curate engaging social content across formats (video, imagery, stories, carousels)
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone and visual identity across all social platforms
  • Proactively spot trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content ideas
  • Collaborate with content creators when needed to enhance output and variety

3. Community & Collaborator Management

  • Actively engage with creators, partners and collaborators on social platforms through reposting, tagging and conversation — building a strong digital community
  • Support influencer and creator strategy in partnership with the Content Lead, including:
  • Sourcing and nurturing creators
  • Coordinating content capture e. Publishing and amplifying creator-led content
  • Help grow and maintain a roster of creators aligned with Youth & Earth’s brand and values
  • Contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns, launches and social activations
  • Be the social brand guardian — ensuring content feels authentic, native, culturally relevant and true to Youth & Earth’s tone of voice

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

  • This is a hands-on creator role, not a purely scheduling or reporting position
  • Ensure production accuracy through strong attention to detail, file preparation and proofing
  • Support supplier and vendor workflows with clear briefing and quality control

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • This is a hands-on creator role, not a purely scheduling or reporting position
  • This role is community and culture-led, not customer support
  • Success is measured by quality of content, engagement, relevance and growth, not volume alone

About You

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally within wellness, supplements, food, beauty or FMCG
  • A genuine love of social media and digital culture — you’re naturally curious and always tuned into what’s happening
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form video independently, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
  • Confident using tools such as CapCut, and familiar with Canva, Adobe and/or Figma
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form video platforms, with a clear point of view on what performs and why
  • A strong visual eye and instinct for brand consistency and aesthetics
  • Clear, confident copywriting skills tailored for social platforms
  • Comfortable managing social accounts end-to-end, including publishing, scheduling, basic reporting and performance tracking
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment — reactive, organised and able to manage multiple timelines at once
  • A true brand guardian, taking pride in delivering polished, on-brand content across every touchpoint
  • Able to work confidently within a defined content strategy and creative direction, while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What We Offer

  • A chance to shape a brand that genuinely improves people’s lives and work within one of the fastest-growing segments in wellness - longevity
  • Salary compensation based on experience and skills
  • Hybrid working: 3-4 days in our office in Central London, near Liverpool Street.
  • 28 days annual leave, including flexible bank holidays.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Employee discount on all products.
  • Career growth opportunities as we scale rapidly

Our culture

  • At Youth & Earth, we’re fast-moving, ambitious, and collaborative. We believe the best ideas win - and they come from curious, data-driven, proactive minds.
  • We’re an international team with a shared passion for wellbeing, creativity, and impact. Diversity makes us stronger, and we celebrate every voice at the table
  • If you live and breathe building purpose driven brands and want to contribute to a longevity brand that inspires millions - we’d love to hear from you.
