If you’re not satisfied with Youth & Earth Products, we're not satisfied. We want to help ensure your shopping experience is second to none.

We offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all orders, counted from the date you received the product. Opened or unopened, if a product isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days for a refund. The only product not covered is the 100g size NMN Sublingual Powder, so please do not purchase unless you have tried smaller sizes of the product and are satisfied with it.

Returns Terms and Conditions

  1. Only Products purchased on the www.youthandearth.com website can be returned to Youth & Earth for a refund, T&Cs apply. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

  2. Should you make an error when ordering online, Youth and Earth will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase.

  3. Under our 60 Days Money Back Guarantee you can return products, opened or unopened, within 60 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. If you have opened a product, simply send back what's left in its original container.

  4. If you react to a product or are not happy with it, please email our Customer Support Team at support@youthandearth.com and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

  5. All orders are eligible for a refund regardless of country.

Return Procedures: Email support@youthandearth.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process your refund after we have received the returned order.

NOTE: After contacting us, we will provide you with a free returns label. Please print the label and package the returned items securely so they reach us safely.
