A human trial was recently conducted out of Japan. The purpose of the trial was to determine if NMN was safe to take. NMN was administered to 10 healthy men. Dosages of 100, 250, and 500 mg NMN were given. DO I NEED TO TAKE TMG (TRIMETHYLGLYCINE) WITH NMN?

WHAT IS METHYLATION?
Methylation is a critical biochemical process that occurs in the cell when a methyl group (consisting of one carbon atom and three hydrogen atoms) is transferred from one molecule to another to help that molecule perform its function.
