AM: Sunrise Blend: mix 1 sachet with 200ml hot water in the morning, with or without food. A frother works best, and you can add milk or sweetener if you like.
PM: Sleep Dust: mix 1 sachet with 250ml hot water, 30–60 minutes before bed, with or without food.
