What is the Longevity Rewards programme?

Longevity Rewards is our loyalty programme designed to reward you for the things that genuinely matter (staying subscribed, building a long-term health routine, and spending with us over time). Rewards are issued as store credits that can be applied at checkout.

What happens to my streak if I skip a renewal?

Skipping a renewal does not break your streak. Your milestone count continues from where it left off when your subscription next renews. Only cancelling your subscription resets your streak.

What happens to my streak if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your streak resets to zero. If you re-subscribe in the future, your consecutive renewal count starts again from your next renewal.

How do I use my credits?

Credits are applied at checkout. They will appear as a payment option when you're logged in to your account and have an available credit balance. You can also redeem your existing credits towards a subscription order through your account.

The great news is that your credits have no expiry date! You can redeem them whenever you wish.

Can I earn credits and use a discount code at the same time?

Great news! Credits can be applied at checkout along with promotional discount codes.

Where can I see my credit balance?

Your credit balance is visible in your account dashboard when you're logged in.
