All orders over £150.00 are sent free of charge with DHL Express and is delivered 24 hours after handed over to DHL.

Overseas Shipping Fee:

European orders are sent with Economy starting from £3.99 depending on the zone or Premium with DPD or GLS  from £10.95 expected delivery time varies per region.

Delivery Policy

Youth & Earth will use reasonable endeavours to deliver an order and will take 0-1 business days fulfill the order, if sent Economy we use Royal Mail 48h which takes 2-3 working days in the UK from the time it is collected by Royal Mail

During Sale periods and promotional offers delivery may take longer. Due COVD-19 we are experiencing some delays with postal services.

Our warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays therefore any orders booked on  a non-working day will be fulfilled the next business day.

We offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy* for all orders from the date you received the product. The only product not covered is the 100gram NMN so please do not purchase unless you are satisfied with our NMN and know the NMN is the right product for you.

1. Only Products purchased on the www.youthandearth.com website can be returned to Youth & Earth for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

2. Should you make an error when ordering online, Youth and Earth will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.

3. We will Issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.

4. If you react or not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. 

5. All orders are subject to a refund regardless of country.

Return Procedures: Email enquiries@youthandearth.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process credits after we have received the returned product.
