Creative Strategist – Paid Media

Location: Full-time, hybrid (3–4 days in Central London)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC business through a significant period of expansion. As Creative Strategist, you will own the creative direction across paid media, campaigns, and brand storytelling - shaping how Youth & Earth shows up to millions of customers.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creative strategy lifecycle: from 
ideation, scripting, and briefing, through production oversight, testing, and 
optimisation. Your work will power our paid performance marketing while also
inspiring our organic channels.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with 
creative execution, understands the DTC funnel inside-out, and is passionate 
about performance storytelling that converts. You’ll report to the Head of 
Brand & Marketing and collaborate closely with our creative production team,
Head of Design, and Paid Media Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full creative strategy lifecycle for two brands V14 and Youth &
    Earth: ideation, scripting, briefing, production oversight, and
    performance analysis.
  • Develop compelling ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels across all funnel stages.
  • Spearhead collaboration with UGC creators and identify new content opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in our creator mix and recommend new content formats,
    presenters, brand ambassadors, etc.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for cont
  • Collaborate with the growth team to maximise ROAS and scale winning creatives.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and DTC performance tactics to keep our
    creative cutting-edge.

About you:

  • Wellbeing enthusiast with a passion for biohacking and health optimisation
  • 3+ years’ experience in creative advertising (DTC start-up or agency) with a proven track record in high-growth, paid social-led brands.
  • Hands-on experience creating and optimising paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) from ideation to execution (video, copy, VO).
  • Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio showcasing ads/scripts/content
    that drove measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to improve creative
    performance.
  • Strong visual eye and ability to brief, direct, and refine creative work.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and defending ideas with data.
