As Creative Strategist, you’ll shape how Youth & Earth (and V14
brand launching now) shows up
across every touchpoint. You’ll lead creative strategy and storytelling for our paid media, campaigns,
and content

developing ideas that inspire, convert, and make longevity feel exciting and
accessible.
You’ll be hands-on from concept to execution: building creative frameworks, ideating campaigns,
crafting scripts and copy, and collaborating with design,
content
production, and performance teams
to bring your ideas to life.
This is a new and high-impact role, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative
execution, knows the DTC funnel inside-out, and is ready to elevate the voice of a category-defining
brand.
You’ll report to the Head of Brand & Marketing and work closely with our Head of Design, Content
Production team, and Paid Media Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC business during a transformational phase. As Content Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end creative production across all channels - with paid media as your top priority. You’ll be the guardian of our look, feel, and storytelling quality, ensuring our brand shows up consistently and memorably across every touchpoint.
Your work will shape how Youth & Earth and V14 connect with millions of people - turning creative ideas into high-performing content that educates, excites, and inspires.
You’ll oversee content production from planning and scripting to shoot execution, testing, and optimisation. You’ll collaborate with creative, design, and performance teams to ensure every asset delivers both creative impact and measurable results.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who combines creative flair with operational precision, understands the DTC funnel inside-out, and has a passion for storytelling that converts. You’ll report to the Head of Brand & Marketing and work closely with our Creative Strategist, designers and editors, Paid Media Manager, and content production partners.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a highly organised and creatively sharp operator who thrives on turning ideas into reality. You know how to balance imagination with detail and can move seamlessly between strategy, shoots, and spreadsheets.
You bring experience across pre-production, on-set production, and post-production, and have a track record of creating content that not only looks great but performs.
You have a strong portfolio of multi-format content — video, photography, copy, and short-form social that stops thumbs and starts conversations.
Bonus points if you’re experienced in writing or producing health and wellbeing content that blends scientific credibility with cultural relevance — translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories.
