More Info : V14: Take 1 sachet in the morning

AM: Sunrise Blend: Take 1 sachet with 200ml hot water in the morning, with or without food. Mix using a frother, can add milk or sweetener if desired.

PM: Sleep Dust: Take 1 sachet with 250ml hot water, at night 30-60 minutes before bed time. Can be taken with or without food.

Storage : Keep away from high temperature and sunlight, and store in a closed container.

Delivery

All estimates are based on when the order is fulfilled and handed to the courier.

We endeavour to do this within the same day or at the latest 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we have a cut-off time of 14:00h UK time latest for the same day.

Please note our warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. During this time no orders are fulfilled. 

An order placed on a Friday afternoon, Weekend or a Public Holiday will not be fulfilled till the next business day.

UK Shipping:

Free shipping option/s are available for all UK orders over £50.00. Delivery time is calculated based on when the order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier.

All orders over £100.00 are sent free of charge with Amazon 24h and is estimated to be delivered 24 hours after handed over to Amazon.

EU Shipping:

European orders are sent via Standard shipping (Deutsche Post/DHL) starting from £2.99 depending on the country or via Premium shipping (FedEx Priority) starting from £7.49 depending on the country.

Expected delivery time varies for each country.

Standard shipping is not available for every country as it does not provide satisfactory service in some regions.

Rest of World Shipping:

All orders going to rest of world are shipped via FedEx Priority starting from £14.99. Expected delivery times vary per region.

Deliveries 

1. Please note, during sale periods and holiday season deliveries may take longer.

2. Products which are on "Pre-Order" at the time of purchase, will be dispatched once the product is available/back in stock.

The only product not covered is the 100g Sublingual Powder, so please do not purchase this product unless you have tried our NAD+ products beforehand via purchasing a smaller size of the product.

1. Only Products purchased on the www.youthandearth.com website can be returned to Youth & Earth for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

2. Should you make an error when ordering online, Youth and Earth will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sellable condition.

3. We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.

4. If your body reacts or you are not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. We will issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining.

5. All orders are subject to a refund regardless of country.

Return Procedures: Email enquiries@youthandearth.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process credits after we have received the returned product.
