Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions
Longevity Rewards is a customer loyalty programme ("Longevity Rewards") managed and conducted by Youth & Earth Ltd ("Youth & Earth", "we", "us" or "our") for the benefit of its customers ("customer", "Member" or "you"). Participation in Longevity Rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Youth & Earth online store.
By participating in Longevity Rewards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before participating. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.
Participation and Membership
Participation in Longevity Rewards is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to participate. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate, or contact support@youthandearth.com to opt out.
How Credits Work
Longevity Rewards operates on a credit-based system. Credits are earned through subscription renewals and can be applied at checkout. Credits have no cash or monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits can be used at checkout in conjunction with promotional discount codes.
Subscription Streak Milestones
We reward subscription loyalty. Stay subscribed without cancelling and you will unlock credits at the following milestones:
- 3 consecutive renewals — £10 credit
- 6 consecutive renewals — £15 credit
- 9 consecutive renewals — £20 credit
- 12 consecutive renewals — £30 credit
Skipping a renewal does not break your streak. Cancelling your subscription resets your streak to zero. If you resubscribe, your count starts again from your next renewal.
Longevity Rewards Tiers
Tiers reflect your loyalty journey as a Youth & Earth customer. Tiers are assigned based on your subscription renewal activity within a rolling 12-month window:
- Bronze — all customers, no subscription required
- Silver — 3 or more subscription renewals in the last 12 months
- Gold — 6 or more subscription renewals in the last 12 months
Tiers are reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. If you do not have the required number of renewals within the last 12 months, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. Cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove your tier status — the rolling 12-month window determines eligibility.
Tier benefits include shipping discounts applied automatically at checkout for eligible customers.
If a tier has been achieved in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly allocated, including as a result of an error on the part of Youth & Earth, we reserve the right to adjust your tier to the extent necessary to address the breach or error.
Transfers and Customer Files
Credits are non-transferable. Credits earned on one customer account cannot be transferred to another.
Customers may only hold one Longevity Rewards membership. Credits earned from multiple customer files (i.e. purchases made under multiple email addresses for one customer) cannot be combined. It is your responsibility to ensure that we hold only one customer file for you. If you suspect that you may have more than one customer file, please contact support@youthandearth.com.
Credits cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.
Rewards and Benefits
Any rewards, benefits or offers communicated as part of Longevity Rewards may include specific terms and conditions, including expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, rewards and benefits can only be redeemed by making a purchase in the Youth & Earth store.
Change of Details
You should advise Youth & Earth of any change to your details by logging into your account and updating your information, or by contacting support@youthandearth.com. Youth & Earth is not responsible for any failure to notify us of a change of details which may result in you not receiving Longevity Rewards communications, rewards or benefits, or the loss of tier status.
Suspension, Modification and/or Termination
Youth & Earth reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the operation of the Longevity Rewards programme.
Youth & Earth may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in Longevity Rewards if you:
(a) have breached these Terms and Conditions.
(b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Youth & Earth Limited, the Longevity Rewards programme or your customer file.
(c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Youth & Earth.
(d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information.
(e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Longevity Rewards credits, benefits or offers other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Youth & Earth staff or any other customers online; or
(g) become bankrupt.
Where your right to participate in Longevity Rewards is suspended or terminated, any credits, benefits, rewards and tier status you may have at that time shall thereby suspend or terminate accordingly.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel Longevity Rewards without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our loyalty programme.
