Should you make an error when ordering online, Youth and Earth will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sellable condition.
We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.
If your body reacts or you are not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
