Longevity Rewards Terms and Conditions

Longevity Rewards (LOYALTY PROGRAMME) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Longevity Rewards is a customer loyalty programme (“Longevity”) managed and conducted by Youth & Earth Ltd (“Youth & Earth”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefits of its customers (“customer”, “Member” or “you”). Opting in to the Longevity Rewards is automatic upon the creation of a customer account on the Youth & Earth online store.

By opting into Longevity Rewards , you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Longevity Rewards  and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy before you opt into the programme. You can refer to our Privacy Policy to find out more about how we use your personal information and how to opt out of receiving digital communications.

Participation and Membership

Participation in Longevity Rewards is open to customers worldwide. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to opt in to Longevity Rewards. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to opt in to the Longevity Rewards who must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in Longevity Rewards, or contact support@youthandearth.com to opt out.

Calculation of Longevity Reward Points

Spending in our online store will earn you points provided you use the email associated with your customer account. Other activities that earn points include: creating your own account; liking the Youth & Earth Twitter and Instagram pages; following the Youth & Earth Facebook page; referring friends  (eligible on their first purchase); sharing your birthday; writing a review and joining the Youth & Earth mailing list.

Longevity Reward spend

Longevity Rewards points awarded from a purchase made on our site directly relates to the final amount you pay at checkout,
It is calculated after discounts, shipping and tax costs have been applied,
It does not include returns, reimbursements or refunds.

Your point allocation is based on the tier you are in. In our Bronze Tier you’ll earn 4 points per £1 spent, in Silver you’ll earn 5 points per £1 spent and in the Gold Tier you’ll earn 6 points per £1 spent.

Longevity Rewards points expire 12 months after your last purchase. Your current balance is calculated in real time. Your points may go up or down on a daily basis depending on what points you have earned that day, or what points expire. Youth & Earth reserves the right to change points if we believe someone is unfairly accumulating points outside of the rules set out in this document. Points are not redeemable for cash or monetary value. It’s not possible to earn points outside of Youth & Earth online stores (e.g. at stockists).

Points for Account Creation

You will earn points when you create an account via our website.

Points for Signing up to our mailing list

You will earn points when you sign up to the Youth & Earth mailing list

Points for Referrals

Referrals to friends who make eligible purchases based on the minimum amount set on our loyalty page, will earn you Loyalty Reward points.

Points for Reviews

You may complete one review within a calendar week and receive the "Leave a product review on our website" points for the review. Any further reviews within that calendar week will not receive the review points. Points will not be added immediately to your account. They will be applied at the end of each week after we review them on our review service provider.

Points for adding your Birthday

You will receive points on your birthday if you provide this information via the loyalty page.

Points for Following/Liking Youth & Earth on social media platforms

You will earn points for following us on Twitter/Instagram and Liking us on Facebook on our Youth & Earth social pages.

Longevity Rewards Tiers

You will achieve Longevity Rewards Tiers by spending in our online store, or by completing certain point-earning actions.

Bronze Leaf tier: You need 0 - 2499 points to qualify

Silver Branch tier: You need 2500 - 4999 points to qualify

Golden Tree tier: You need 5000+ points to qualify

You will move to the next Longevity Rewards tier once you’ve reached the required number of points. You’ll then enjoy the benefits of that tier for the next 12 months. You cannot drop down a tier within those 12 months, but you can move up another tier which you will enjoy for the next 12 months. Your Longevity Rewards tier eligibility will be reviewed on the 12 month anniversary of you joining that tier. If you have the required points, you will continue to enjoy that tier for the next 12 months, if you don’t have enough points, you’ll drop down a tier.

If a Longevity Rewards tier has been achieved by you in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly allocated to you, including as a result of an error on the part of Youth & Earth, we reserve the right to adjust your Longevity Rewards tier to the extent necessary to address the breach or error. If you obtain a refund or reimbursement for goods purchased from Youth & Earth, an adjustment is also made to the Longevity Rewards account in the amount of the refund granted.

Redeeming Points

You can redeem Longevity Rewards points either using the checkout point slider or on the loyalty page. Points can be redeemed for a gift card or multiple gift cards. You can also donate your points towards the Alzheimer’s Society via the loyalty page. If you use the checkout point slider to redeem points at checkout, you cannot use a discount code for that order. You can however redeem a gift card or multiple gift cards to use in conjunction with a discount code.

Transfers and customer files

Longevity Rewards points are non-transferrable: any transactions by another customer on Youth & Earth online store cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain Longevity Rewards points.

Customers may only hold one Longevity Rewards Membership. Transactions or points earned from multiple customer files (i.e. purchases made under multiple email addresses for one customer) cannot be joined into one Longevity Rewards amount. As a customer and Member of the Longevity Rewards, it’s your responsibility to ensure that we have only one client file for you. If you suspect that you may have more than one client file, please contact: support@youthandearth.com.

Longevity Rewards points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Longevity Rewards points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless stated as part of the Longevity Rewards.

Rewards and benefits are non-transferable.

Rewards/Benefits

Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the Longevity Rewards may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, rewards and benefits can only be redeemed by making a purchase over in the Youth & Earth store or via the activities specified in the sections above.

Change of details

You should advise Youth & Earth of any change to your details by logging into your account and managing your details, or by contacting support@youthandearth.com . Youth & Earth is not responsible for any failure to notify us of your change of details which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Longevity Rewards communications and rewards or benefits or the loss or downgrade of a Longevity Reward tier status.

Suspension, Modification and/or Termination

Youth & Earth reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we find, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Longevity Rewards program.

Youth & Earth may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards program if you:
(a) have breached these Terms and Conditions.
(b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Youth & Earth Limited, the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards programme or your customer file.
(c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Youth & Earth.
(d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information.
(e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards awards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
 (f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Youth & Earth staff or any other Customers online; or (g) become bankrupt.

Where your right to participate in the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards tier status you may have at that time under the Youth & Earth, Longevity Rewards shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).

We reserve the right under our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Longevity Rewards without notice for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our loyalty program.
